When starting Revolution Media, Mike had a vision to create the strategic agency he wanted as a client-side marketer.

Mike has made this vision a reality, shaping Revolution Media to deliver the personal attention of boutique agency, the negotiating power and reach of a major firm, all while focusing on collaboration at every level. He fosters a culture based on this client-side ethos, developing a team that goes beyond the call to support clients through the pressures of achieving business goals. Mike knows that even while managing multi-million dollar budgets, it’s essential to do more with less. His conviction and work ethic motivates us to never stop reaching.

When beginning his career in the publicity department of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Mike first discovered the power of media and a passion for finding creative strategies before the competition. He then became the VP of Marketing Communications for Guitar Center. He and his department of twenty-two employees became an essential part of Guitar Center’s corporate growth strategy. Mike and his team were instrumental when growing from 17 retail locations in eight markets to 80 in 46 markets and sales over $650 million. His value to Guitar Center was further proven when they became the first client of Revolution Media upon his departure.

Christine is not only the resident athlete and long distance runner, she is equally devoted to our clients, ensuring every client gets the ideal media plan backed by stellar service.

As our Managing Director, Christine drives the strategy and execution of all media-related services. She also sets the tone for the level of service we provide. Leading by example, she inspires us to build strong relationships, make things happen, and always deliver as promised. While she’s looking at the big picture, she doesn’t lose sight of the details — she monitors daily progress across her portfolio of accounts and continuously keeps clients up to date.

Having spent more than 25 years in retail advertising, Christine doesn’t simply understand the client’s point of view — she’s lived it. In her tenure at retail giant Robinsons-May she was responsible for strategic planning and placement of over $50 million in multi-cultural advertising. Her experience covers everything from broadcast, digital, cinema, direct response, print and OOH. This gives her incredible perspective on how to integrate and layer media for maximum results.

Christine values every client’s business as if it were her own, and loves nothing more than helping them solve their challenges. If you’ve got a marketing challenge, she’s all ears.


Darrin Sarto

Darrin Sarto heads up client services and business development for Revolution Media.

Darrin has a knack for analytics and brand stewardship and drives critical initiatives across our business. He believes that no two clients are the same and his account responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing markets, and integrating marketing plans to optimize spending for our clients and partners. Darrin is an energetic and creative leader who leads efforts that include seeking out new media opportunities, experiential programs and added value promotions. He is an expert media professional who also oversees our digital, mobile and search programs.

Previously, Darrin led sales for Brand In The Hand, an in-flight advertising startup, and Prescriptive Music, a background music service. This followed 18 years in radio, leading sales and management for English and Spanish language properties including XM Satellite Radio, Univision, Clear Channel and D&R Radio.. His radio-side experience provides our team with invaluable insights that inform our media strategies.


Sunny Yun

Sunny is a born negotiator, passionate about making the strongest broadcast buy whether a client is spending millions or pennies.

The results speak for themselves — her long list of successful efforts include helping Pick and Pull increase their calls by 267% over two years, California Science Center achieve record-breaking attendance with the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit, and FELD Entertainment sell out shows for Motorsports two years running. Beyond making the deal, Sunny thrives on the immediate feedback and results. For every project in flight, she meticulously monitors performance and works with stations to make sure schedules run in full.

Sunny’s earlier experience includes blue chip agencies Deutsch and Foote, Cone & Belding. As VP, Associate Broadcast Director at Deutsch, she directed and executed integrated campaigns for an array of clients including Mitsubishi, Saturn, Expedia, DirecTV, Bank of America, Ikea, Snapple, and Sports Authority.

After spending time in big agencies, Sunny values the close relationships she has with her team and clients at Revolution Media. She shows her love with fantastic baked goods — we’ll be sure to save you a piece.

Having graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from USC, Christina joined the firm in 2019, bringing extensive experience as a CPA, Controller and CFO for several publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Prior to Revolution Media, Christina was the CFO of ZED Connect, a start-up data analytics company specializing in logistics and transportation. Prior to ZED Connect, Christina served as Corporate Controller for several companies, including On Assignment, Tekelec, and Digital Insight.

Alex has left his mark at a long list of leading marketing and media organizations including Digitas, WPP/Bates Worldwide and Turner Broadcasting System. Through his work, Alex has impacted the growth of a wide array of brands across diverse industries and markets such as Coca-Cola, Cartoon Network, CNN, Pollo Tropical, POWERADE, Minute Maid, Vitaminwater, Jack Daniel’s, MillerCoors and Mercedes-Benz.

I can build anything. I love finding solutions for things that waste time in the workplace, and automating tasks to enhance workflow efficiency. I have always been able to take ideas to reality in very short periods of time, and can manage large groups of programming assets simultaneously. There have been very consistent themes throughout my two and a half decades of experience as a CEO and CTO. The chronology of my career is non-traditional, as I’ve often been running and building multiple ventures simultaneously. I have a diverse background spanning software development and Web back-end development, team leadership, financial management, and business strategy.

Recently I have developed and managed new technology for the company including building out a state of the art contract processing center dedicated to acquiring signed contracts for the legal industry. Built out a cutting edge in-house print division to manufacture dynamic marketing materials, and full bleed short run industry reference guides. Always developing and testing new ideas to add growth to the company, diversify, and grow revenue.

Robert Olshever is a seasoned, C-level Strategic Marketing Executive and New Business Development Visionary of the Live Event Sponsorship, Brand Marketing and Promotions business.

For more than 30 years Robert has thrived on being the first in finding new and unique ways to create, marketing and sell media driven brand centric opportunities through to market.

Robert’s business experience comes from co-founding the pioneering, award winning Marketing and Promotions Agency RPMC in 1986. At RPMC, he grew a small Travel Entertainment Promotions Fulfillment Company into a global Entertainment Marketing and Promotions Agency with a network offices around the world staffed by more than 120 full time employees. Robert led the sales management efforts for RPMC’s suite of core competencies in lifestyle/hospitality promotions, event sponsorships and activations, connecting multi-national companies and Fortune 500 brands to some of the world’s biggest lifestyle entertainment events in music, sports and special events including: the original Live Aid, Farm Aid, World Cup, Olympics, Grammy Awards, Film Festivals, and countless global concert tours and music festivals.

In 2009 Robert sold RPMC and continued his sales and brand marketing acumen by launching IKP (I Know Promos). IKP is a lifestyle sales and marketing consultancy agency providing new business development support and marketing strategy for clients and brands in the CPG, e-commerce and live entertainment events space.

Percival started his career conducting SEO website audits roughly four years after "www.google.com" became a registered domain. At the time, Search Engine Optimization was new, but Percival was quickly drawn to it. Over the next nine years, he earned his MBA and continued his career in Marketing, managing hundreds of SEO projects, SEM campaigns, and Paid Social initiatives; both in-house and at agencies.

In 2010, Percival shifted his primary focus from Organic Search to Paid Search, working with two business partners to build Thrivepoint, a Search Engine Marketing agency based in San Francisco. As the company's Digital Marketing Director, he built the SEM team, oversaw all client campaigns, and successfully pitched companies such as Hale Bob, Monster, Visa, CooperVision, and Mighty Leaf.

Three years later, Thrivepoint was acquired by Direct Partners; and then three years after that, Direct Partners was acquired by RAPP. Through all this change, Percival stayed on to lead the SEM department where he managed campaigns for clients such as AAA, HBO, Nest, Foster Farms, FileMaker, Tibco, Verisign, WWE, Lynda.com, Xoom, PPG, and many more.

Having had the opportunity to manage millions of dollars in ad spend for numerous well-known B2B and B2C clients over the years, Percival understands how to grow his clients' businesses, meet their goals, and complete their objectives through the strategic use of multiple digital marketing disciplines such as SEM, Social, Email, Display, Mobile, Video, and SEO.

As the Director of Digital Media, Yenny is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing online strategies to achieve campaign goals. She leads all digital initiatives in full funnel campaign planning, buying, execution, client communication, and analytics/reporting.

With over 12 years of digital media experience, Yenny’s background includes working on high profile Entertainment (Disney Studios, ABC Cable Network, EA Games) and CPG (Del Monte, thinkThin Protein Bars) accounts on the ad agency side. She is passionate about delivering current innovation and best in class plans that deliver on business objectives and established KPIs.

Yenny’s expertise and skills include having knowledge and application of digital and traditional media including social media, OTT, influencer programs, programmatic, OLV, mobile, OOH, and experiential. Her ability to apply data driven and emerging technology to current campaign priorities and provide actionable performance insights is key to success.
